PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
On the day of your session, we create a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Our studio features multiple backdrop options and professional lighting setups. We guide you through various poses and expressions, taking time to ensure you feel comfortable and confident. During the session, we capture numerous images from different angles and with various expressions, ensuring we have multiple options during the selection process. Most sessions include breaks for outfit changes and to review preliminary images.

Within 48 hours of your session, we provide access to a private online gallery where you can review all images. Each image is displayed in high resolution, allowing you to evaluate details carefully. We're available to provide guidance on selection if needed, helping you choose images that best represent your professional brand. The selection process typically takes 3-5 business days, though rush processing is available.

PROFESSIONAL RETOUCHING
Once you've selected your images, our skilled retouching team enhances them with subtle, professional editing. All files include appropriate color profiles and are delivered with a license for business use. We maintain your images in our archive for one year after delivery.

We avoid dramatic alterations that change your fundamental features. For clients who need images sooner, rush processing is available with 48-hour turnaround for Executive package clients. If you require specific retouching adjustments after delivery, we offer revisions at no additional charge within 14 days of initial delivery.
Do you offer group or team photography services?
Yes, we specialize in corporate team photography. We can conduct sessions at your location or in our studio. For teams of 10 or more, we offer volume pricing starting at $195 per person. Our corporate sessions include consistent lighting and styling across all participants, efficient scheduling to minimize disruption, and coordinated delivery of all files. We work with your schedule to find the best approach, whether that means setting up for a full day at your office or coordinating individual appointments over several days. Many organizations book annual team photography to maintain current professional imagery across their organization.
What file formats and sizes do I receive?
You receive multiple file formats optimized for different uses. High-resolution JPEG files are suitable for printing in large formats, while web-optimized versions are perfect for websites and social media. We also provide print-ready files formatted for common business materials like business cards, letterhead, and brochures. All files are delivered in sRGB color space for consistent viewing across devices. Images are typically delivered at 300 DPI for print and 72 DPI for web use. You'll receive a download link to a secure gallery where you can access all files for one year after delivery.
Can I use my portraits for commercial purposes?
All packages include full business usage rights, which covers professional use such as websites, LinkedIn profiles, business cards, marketing materials, and corporate communications. However, commercial licensing for advertising campaigns, product endorsements, or resale purposes requires separate written agreement and may involve additional fees. We're happy to discuss your specific usage needs during your consultation to ensure you have the appropriate licensing. Our standard license allows unlimited use for business purposes within your organization but doesn't include third-party commercial use or resale rights.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that schedules change. You can reschedule your session without penalty with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee depending on circumstances. Session deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled sessions within 90 days of the original date. In cases of illness or emergency, we work with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you're traveling specifically for your session, as we cannot offer refunds for travel-related expenses.
