Within 48 hours of your session, we provide access to a private online gallery where you can review all images. Each image is displayed in high resolution, allowing you to evaluate details carefully. We're available to provide guidance on selection if needed, helping you choose images that best represent your professional brand. The selection process typically takes 3-5 business days, though rush processing is available.

Once you've selected your images, our skilled retouching team enhances them with subtle, professional editing. Yes, we specialize in corporate team photography. We can conduct sessions at your location or in our studio. For teams of 10 or more, we offer volume pricing starting at $195 per person. Our corporate sessions include consistent lighting and styling across all participants, efficient scheduling to minimize disruption, and coordinated delivery of all files. We work with your schedule to find the best approach, whether that means setting up for a full day at your office or coordinating individual appointments over several days. Many organizations book annual team photography to maintain current professional imagery across their organization.

What file formats and sizes do I receive?

You receive multiple file formats optimized for different uses. High-resolution JPEG files are suitable for printing in large formats, while web-optimized versions are perfect for websites and social media. We also provide print-ready files formatted for common business materials like business cards, letterhead, and brochures. All files are delivered in sRGB color space for consistent viewing across devices. Images are typically delivered at 300 DPI for print and 72 DPI for web use. You'll receive a download link to a secure gallery where you can access all files for one year after delivery.

Can I use my portraits for commercial purposes?

However, commercial licensing for advertising campaigns, product endorsements, or resale purposes requires separate written agreement and may involve additional fees. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that schedules change. You can reschedule your session without penalty with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee depending on circumstances. Session deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled sessions within 90 days of the original date. In cases of illness or emergency, we work with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you're traveling specifically for your session, as we cannot offer refunds for travel-related expenses.
