Starting at $195 per person for groups of 10 or more

Corporate pricing is based on team size, location, and specific requirements. For teams of 5-9 people, pricing starts at $225 per person. Groups of 10-19 receive discounted rates at $195 per person, and teams of 20 or more qualify for our best pricing at $175 per person. On-location fees may apply for locations more than 20 miles from our studio. All corporate packages include the same professional quality as individual sessions, with consistent styling and editing across all team members to maintain brand cohesion.

SESSION INFORMATION

PREPARATION

Prior to your session, we provide guidance on wardrobe selection, grooming considerations, and what to expect during photography. Arrive well-rested and hydrated for optimal results.

Our pre-session guide includes specific recommendations based on your industry and the intended use of your portraits. We suggest bringing 2-3 outfit options to provide variety in your final selections. For business portraits, solid colors typically work best, avoiding busy patterns or large logos. We'll discuss your specific wardrobe choices during your consultation to ensure your clothing complements your professional goals.

TIMELINE

Edited images are delivered within seven business days of your session via secure online gallery. Rush processing is available for Executive package clients with 48-hour turnaround.

The timeline begins once you've selected your images from the online gallery, which typically happens within 3-5 business days after your session. Standard retouching includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and subtle enhancements. Our retouching process maintains your natural appearance while ensuring professional polish. If you need images sooner, rush processing is available for an additional fee, providing 48-hour turnaround for Professional and Executive package clients.

USAGE RIGHTS

All packages include full business usage rights for professional purposes including websites, social media, marketing materials, and corporate communications. Commercial licensing available separately.

Business usage rights cover unlimited use for professional purposes within your organization, including LinkedIn profiles, company websites, business cards, email signatures, and marketing materials. You can use your portraits across multiple platforms and in various formats without additional fees. However, commercial licensing for advertising campaigns, product endorsements, or third-party commercial use requires separate written agreement and may involve additional fees. We'll discuss your specific usage needs during your consultation.

BOOKING

Sessions require advance booking with payment deposit. We recommend scheduling two to three weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Rescheduling accommodated with 48-hour notice.

To secure your session, we require a 50% deposit at booking, with the remainder due on the day of your session. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled sessions within 90 days of the original date. We accept payment via credit card, check, or bank transfer. Corporate clients may arrange invoicing with net-30 payment terms for group sessions. Peak booking periods include early fall and late winter, so we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance during these times.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Are there any hidden fees?

No, our pricing is completely transparent. The listed price includes your session, professional retouching, high-resolution digital files, online gallery access, and business usage rights. Additional costs may apply only for optional services such as rush processing, extra retouching beyond standard enhancement, commercial licensing, or on-location photography at locations more than 20 miles from our studio. Any potential additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before your session begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and bank transfers. Corporate clients booking group sessions may arrange invoicing with net-30 payment terms. Payment plans are available for Executive packages upon request. All payments are processed securely, and we never store complete credit card information on our servers.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my package after booking?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time before your session begins. If you upgrade, you'll simply pay the difference between packages. Downgrades are possible if requested at least 48 hours before your session, with the difference refunded or applied to future services. However, once your session has occurred, package changes are no longer available, as pricing is based on the services and deliverables included in each package level.

Do you offer discounts for multiple sessions or referrals?

Yes, we offer several discount options. Clients who book multiple individual sessions receive a 10% discount on the second and subsequent sessions when scheduled within the same calendar year. Corporate clients booking sessions for 10 or more employees receive volume pricing starting at $195 per person. We also offer a referral program: when you refer a new client who books a session, you receive a $50 credit toward your next session, and your referral receives a 10% discount on their first booking.

What's included in the retouching service?

Standard retouching includes color correction, exposure adjustment, subtle skin smoothing, removal of temporary blemishes and under-eye circles, and overall polish while maintaining your natural appearance. We enhance lighting, ensure consistent skin tones, and remove distracting elements when appropriate. We don't perform dramatic alterations that change your fundamental features. If you have specific retouching requests, we can discuss custom adjustments, which may incur additional fees for extensive work beyond our standard enhancement.

What if I'm not satisfied with my portraits?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your portraits, we'll work with you to address your concerns. This may include additional retouching adjustments, a reshoot at no additional cost if technical issues occurred, or selecting different images from your session if available. We offer one round of revisions included with all packages. However, we cannot provide refunds once final images have been delivered, as significant time and resources have been invested in your session and post-production work.
